Ultimately, all teachers will adopt their educational philosophy at some point in their careers. These refer to the belief that lessons should be planned, classrooms should be managed, and teaching methods to be applied. ​

 

As a secondary English teacher, I am responsible for ensuring that my students acquire knowledge, develop skills, and build an attitude that will guide and support them throughout the school and professional years.

 

To do this, I had to use 21st-century teaching strategies in my classroom to give my students the characteristics and skills to help them work effectively in our ever-changing technological world.
